Wonderful experience. It was my first order with Julan Fashion and I stupidly wrote the wrong housenumber on my shipping address, I contacted the support via Whatsapp and E-Mail the same night. Next day afternoon I got the reply, my order was on hold, they corrected the address and proceeded shipping. My delivery came just 2 days later. Beautifully and safely packed and with the handwritten text I selected for the card.

The price at Julian fashion SRL was pretty nice! Also the shipping toUS was fast.

I ordered a Burberry note bag. It arrived in 4 days in USA. The box was a little beat up but contents were not damaged.

I received an Item from a Designer underwear what have a visual defect on the waist and i made Pictures of it and send them to the customercare to take care of my problem but they only respond that this is not a defect! and that they would not accept it if i send it back to them because of hygenic reasons but i never tried it on me, so i wanted a price discount to keep it already, because i paid for one pant 80 Euro, the only respond was again the same Email what they sent to me before.

My experience about Julian online Shop is that they dont really care about the Problems...especially that you cannot send the underwear products back, nowhere is this like here, i mean maybe it will not fit or have a defect and youve been forced to keep it.

Really unfriendly, it doesnt matter if its because of hygenic reason or whatever, the most of other Onlineshops take it back too, so this is not a reason for me

And the most discusting fact is, the shipment is free to the customer but backshipping costs for you.

You are forced to think 10 Times before order or not cause at the end, the customer goes on his risk

The customs duties and vat cost nearly as much as the jumper. Would order again but prices must be lower if sending to the UK otherwise a lot cheaper on other sites.
